Kool Beanz Bulldogs, Footscray: Construction Update

Excitement is building as Kool Beanz Bulldogs, Footscray takes shape! Our first Victorian centre, proudly developed in partnership with the Western Bulldogs, Plenary Group, and Western Health, is rising on Level 4 of the Tiernan Street Building, within the Footscray Hospital precinct. 

Working in collaboration with SHAPE, this purpose-built early learning centre has been carefully designed to support early learning and development in a safe, modern, and engaging environment. Every detail of the fit-out has been considered to create playful spaces where children can flourish, from bold classrooms to outdoor play areas and specialised learning zones.

To date, the project has clocked 7,682 construction hours, with 0 incident reports, 203 safety observations, and 96 inductions highlighting the dedication, expertise, and focus on safety of the exceptional construction team. 

We’re proud of the progress and can’t wait to welcome families and children to explore, learn, and grow in this vibrant new space. This centre marks an important milestone for Kool Beanz and the Western Bulldogs in Victoria, demonstrating our commitment to high-quality, purpose-built environments that nurture children, support families, and strengthen community connections.
