Kool Beanz Bulldogs, Footscray: A Bold New Chapter in Early Learning and Our Very First Victorian Centre, Opening Late 2025 in Partnership with the Western Bulldogs, Plenary Group and Western Health.

We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Kool Beanz Bulldogs, Footscray – our very first centre in Victoria, proudly developed in partnership with the Western Bulldogs, Plenary Group and Western Health.

Situated atop the new Footscray Hospital precinct, this thoughtfully designed, purpose-built childcare centre is set to open later this year and will offer places for up to 90 children. The centre represents a significant step in our mission to bring high-quality, play-based early learning environments to families across Australia.

In collaboration with the Western Bulldogs, the centre features a distinctive Bulldogs-inspired design that celebrates the rich heritage and community spirit of the club. From themed signage and colours to engaging learning zones, the space is infused with local pride. A highlight of the design is the Bulldogs-themed football play area — an exciting, active space where children can move, explore, and grow through imaginative and physical play.

The Kool Beanz Bulldogs centre has been carefully planned to nurture creativity, curiosity, and confidence. It features nature-based outdoor areas, a dedicated art studio, a library, and specialised Lego and STEM rooms, offering children a wide range of opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.

Beyond early education, this centre is about strengthening community ties. By supporting local families and healthcare workers, and creating meaningful employment opportunities, the project demonstrates our commitment to positive community impact.

Recently, members of our team visited the site to see the progress firsthand. It was a proud moment to walk through the emerging spaces and see the vision for Kool Beanz Bulldogs coming to life.
